ዠደይ/ žädäy: (ዐረ እልጀድይ። ዕብ ግዲ) Kid, young goat. One of the twelve zodiac signs, the star of Ṭaḫśaś (December). It travels 29 degrees and 23 minutes of the zodiac with the sun (አቡሻ: ፬). Abu Jadi (ዐረብ: A piece of cloth for clothes; it means father of the kid, on which a goat is depicted.
