the body of Adam after he fell (አቡሻ: ፵፯). It says ጠዐቀ (ṭäʿäḳä) instead of ጠበቀ (Täbäḳä) it is a
scribal error.
ሱር ጣብ) To be wise, to be
skillful, to be clever; to be intelligent, to be wise; in deed, in word. There is no one wiser
than you. Are you wiser than
Daniel? Show me the sign of
the wise one while he is sick and burdened. So that they may be
wise in their hands (ዘፍ፵፩: ፴፱።
: To be healed, to be cured. The king was healed from his wound (ገድ: ተክ). It says ተጠበበ (tätäbäbä) instead of ጠበ (ṭäbä) and ጠበበ (ṭäbäbä) it is incorrect. Let them be wise in speech. Those who are wise in evil. Do not be wise in the
presence of the king. Shall I walk in my simplicity and in my wisdom? “መጽአ በተጠብቦት” He came in wisdom (ሔኖ፷፩: ፯።
Täbibənna: Wisdom, the state of
being wise.
ዕብ ጣባዕ፤ ሰጠመ አሰጠመ) To love, to cherish
by nature; to be resolute, to be harsh, to dare, to hasten. See ተብዐ (täbʿa) it is related to this. The angels were bold.

: To establish, to set up a nature; to
fulfill the law of nature; to be of a certain nature; of the Creator and the
creature. But some books say አጥብዐ (ʾaṭbəʿa) instead of ጠብዐ (Täbʿa) it is a mistake. And Daniel resolved in his heart that he would not defile himself with
the kings food. Who then is he who establishes and fulfills his hands? If you establish yourself from your
soul. You have established yourself for
judgment. And the people established themselves
by the word of Hezekiah (ዳን፩: ፰።
ጠቢው ዎት/ Täbiw wot: (ጠበወ ይጠቡ ይጥቡ) To suckle; to put
the breast in the mouth; to draw and absorb milk from the breast with the mouth;
to suck. Those whom the
suckling has left. He sucked milk from a
woman. A lamb that sucks its
mothers milk. Children who suck
and eats; a slaughterer, a butcher; in a butcher shop. “ጠባሕያነ አልሕምት” Butchers of meat (ማር: ይሥ).

intelligent, clever; knowledgeable, discerning; philosopher, doctor; sorcerer,
cunning one; craftsman, worker of wood and iron; engineer. Painter, carpenter,
builder, weaver; writer, scholar; and the like. A wise king. And there were among

ጠባዒ ጥቡዕ/ Täbaʿi Ṭəbuʿ: (ዓን ዓት ብዕት) One who loves; one
who is harsh, cruel, brave; resolute; strong, firm; of strong character. His heart is firm in
trust. A very firm man. If you are firm. We are firm and we do
not say oh no. “ለእመ ኮነት ጥብዕተ ለንስሓ” If it becomes firm
for repentance (መዝ: ፻፲፩።
ጠባዊ/ Täbawi: (ዊት ውያን ያት፤ በውት) One who sucks, a
suckling; an infant who has not left the breast. Because of one
suckling whom they left in the middle of the stream. Children and
sucklings (ኩፋ፵፰።

Natural law. Natural law. They do not practice
natural marriage (ፈ: መ: ፲፪: ፭።
ጠባይዕ/ Täbayʿ [1]: Nature; related to ጠቢዕ ጠብዐ (Täbiʿ Täbʿa).
[2]: (ዓት። ዐረ ጠቢዕ፤ ጠቢዐት። ዕብ ጤባዕ) meaning character; nature;
the origin, root, and foundation of all creation; condition, state. (Täbayʿ) is often plural; it can be singular
or plural. The nature of the Son
of Life was renewed in His resurrection for our salvation. When animalistic
desire prevails, it turns the nature of man into the nature of an animal. The four natures of
Adams creation: earth, water, air, and fire. These are from the
natures of Adam (አቡሻ: ፬።
[3]: Body; form, stature; owner of nature and work;
ruler, commander. If anyone says there are two natures after the union. He who
made Christ have two natures. Those who believe in one nature of the Word of
God who became incarnate. They see His nature which is hidden from all; His
body, His form (ያዕ: ዘእል። The meaning of ጠባይዕ (Täbayʿ) in Arabic is also like existence; it
is called nature where it fits nature, and body where it fits body; it is not
just pure nature. This should be known; everything that Geez calls ህላዌ (həllawwe) and ህላውያት (həllawəyat), the Arabic Fathers of the
Church call ጠቢዓ (ṭabiʿah) and ጠቢዕቴ (ṭabaʾiʿ). In the meaning of the
article of the Incarnation, since its meaning is body, it says ዋሕድ ጠቢዓ (waḥəd ṭäbiʿa)
meaning one existence, like saying አሐዱ ህላዌ (ʾaḥadu həllawwe). And in the meaning of the
article of preservation, since its meaning is nature, it calls it ጠቢዕቴን (ṭäbiʿten) meaning two, like saying ክልኤቱ (kəlʾetu) it means two natures. See ህላዌ (həllawwe). But the teachers who have not
seen or heard this proclamation of the scholars, following the path of Eutyches
even like the Jacobites and the Armenians, when they interpret ጠባይዕ (Täbayʿ), they only say nature in every
place, and they do not call it body. Therefore, their culture, their
interpretation, their history, and their meaning do not agree with the language
and the books. Because of this disagreement, it has separated from Nicaea; this
is because our fathers named it in this context (for natures) it is known by
the existence of bodies. To interpret ጠባይዕ (Täbayʿ) as nature
in the place of body and instead of body, destroys all the mysteries like the
anointing of the Son that entered in the place of the Spirit. First, like
Sabellius, it makes the Holy Trinity only one body; and that one became man; because
the nature, essence, and being of the three are one root, one origin, one
divinity which is undivided. Secondly, with His distinct body and distinct
name, having taken our nature and being a perfect man like us except for sin,
if this one body, this one Son, does not have two natures in preservation but
only one nature, it cannot perform two works; being immortal and mortal,
corporeal and incorporeal... because it is impossible to call the Son of the
Father and the Son of Mary, perfect God and perfect man; it necessarily makes
it like Eutyches, that the flesh was changed and joined to the nature of the
Word. Even though the Incarnation made the Word and the flesh one body, one Son;
it does not mix and mingle the natures and the works into one nature and one
work; preservation forbids it. See the meaning of body, nature, and the
Incarnation. If the wise do not
give correction and guidance, the ignorant kisser will slobber. To interpret
and explain the mystery without knowing it, is like daring to draw blood by
squeezing the throat before the swelling.
Täbha: He slaughtered; related
to ጠቢሕ ጠብሐ (Täbiḥ Täbḥa).
ጠብለለ/ Täblälä: (ተቀ ግ) It became round; it
became twisted; it tied, it wrapped. The garments of the bride became round.
And the scroll was rolled up and sealed. Wrap it around your
neck (አፈ: ተ፴፬።
: It covered, it clothed; it wrapped around; it
enveloped with clothing. He wrapped her in a cloud. And she wrapped Him in swaddling clothes. Their wrapping of the dead in new
garments (ኢዮ፴፰: ፱። It says ጠብለለ (Täblälä) instead of ወግአ (wägäʾa) and ቦአ (boʾa) it is a mistake. Let thorns and
thistles cover it (ሄርማ: ገ፶፯).
ጠብአ/ Täbʾa: He loved; related to ጠቢዕ ጠብዐ (Täbiʿ Täbʿa).
ጠብደን/ Täbdän: (ብ ጠባድን። ዕብ ባድ፤ ባዲም) Linen garment; made from
flax thread; pure white. But the old people call it a coarse linen cloth. A man who wears linen
ጠብጠበ/ Täbṭäbä) [1]: (ተቀ ግ) it dripped; it
hastened, it hurried, it quickened; of the progress of work, reading, and
writing. But when the title of the book is ጠብጥቦ (Täbṭəbo), instead of ጠብጠበ (Täbṭäbä) in the
verse, it says ጠበጠበ (Täbäṭäbä) like in
Amharic; it is a mistake of the scribe and the copier; and those who do not
copy well say it became beautiful, it made beautiful, it was sweet; it is not
the true meaning; see መረደን (märädän). Give me strength so
that I may show the praise of the Creator with dripping colors. Like a writer; my
[2]: He whipped; he beat quickly, he lashed
repeatedly; without a whip, a lash, or a stick.
[3]: He hastened; he whipped; related to ጠቢብ ጠበ (Täbib Täbä).
ጠብጣቢ/ Täbṭabi: a quick hand. A whipper;
one with a whip.
ጠነይ/ Tänäy: Cave, pit; sea, pool;
or island, sea rock. ጣና/ Ṭana means it came
out from this; its mystery is marine nature and moisture; it also shows
vastness. He entered the cave
and did not find (አዋል). But Dillmann said
it means he searched.
ዕብ ጣናን) To become damp, to
become wet; to be moist, to be renewed. To become strong, to become firm; to
become powerful, to become vigorous; to grow and increase in strength; of
organisms and plants. See ጠለየን (ṭäläyän) it is
related to this.
ጠንቀቀ/ Tänḳäḳä: (ጠቀቀ) He was careful, he
paid attention, he corrected, he made right, he completed, he finished; of
action, of word, of measure, of number. He did not keep its
observance. He who received this
book and was careful. And he measured the
width of the building and was careful with zeal. He who completed
fifty years. It is not right for a
woman to marry who has not completed ten months after the death of her husband (ፍ: ነ: ፴፫: ፫። It says አጠንቀቀ (ʾäṭänḳäḳä) instead of ጠንቀቀ (Tänḳäḳä) it is a mistake. All his counsel is so
that he may carefully choose a seal. He carefully
considered the matter (ሢራ፴፰: ፳፯።
ጠንቃቂ/ Tänḳaḳi: (ቂት ቅያን ያት) one who is careful,
one who makes beautiful; intelligent observer. Knowledgeable, wise,
intelligent, and careful in books (ዮሴፍ).
ጠንቈለ/ Tänḳʷälä: (ጠቀለ) He divined; he
practiced divination; he touched and pointed with grass, with a thorn, with a
finger. Divination is done by opening books and piercing the lines with grass,
announcing the number with the name of the diviner, but the matter of reading
and divining is for a little tasting, smelling. The finger that does
not rest came after divining. He plotted, he made a plot, he became a plotter. ጠና (ṭäna) and ተ (tä) are inherited; inwardly.
ጠንቋሊ/ Tänḳʷali: (ሊት ልያን ያት፤ ቈልት) One who divines, a diviner,
a soothsayer; a carnal and satanic prophet who speaks of the future; a plotter.
All who follow
fortunetellers and diviners. Whoever believes the
words of diviners and sorcerers. Where are the impure,
the adulterers, and the diviners?
ጠዓዊ/ Täʿawi: (ዊት ውያን ያት) One who errs, who
goes astray; an idol worshipper. “ጠዓውያን” The erring ones (ቀሌ).
ጠዊም ሞት/ Täwim mot: (ጦመ ይጠውም ይጡም) To bend, to fold, to
roll up; to turn, to twist; of a book, of a mat, of clothes, of rope; see ጠብለለን (Täblälän), it is related to this. He took his cloak and
folded it. And like a garment
you will roll them up (፬ነገ: ፪: ፰። It says ወጠመ (wäṭämä) instead of ወጦማ (wäṭoma) it is a mistake.
ጠዊቅ/ Täwiḳ: (ጦቀ፤ ጠወቀ ይጠውቅ ይጡቅ) To trouble, to
oppress; to grieve greatly, to torment; to punish, to bring suffering. But the
book says አጦቀ (ʾaṭoḳä), አጠወቀ (ʾäṭäwäḳä), and ጠውቀየ (ṭäwḳäyä) instead of ጦቀ (ṭoḳä) and ጠወቀ (ṭäwäḳä) it is a mistake. I discipline my body
and subdue it. And the king saw that
they troubled him greatly. Your majesty does not
trouble me. The demon that
troubled. From the punishment

of ጦቀ (ṭoḳä) has አስ (ʾäs) in Amharic, its mystery is to make and
to cause; secondly, አጥወቀ (ʾäṭwäḳä) is
incorrect.
ጠወየ) To be stingy, to be
miserly; to withhold, to be frugal; to be needy, to be poor; meaning, if I give
this, what will I eat? There was one who
became rich through much stinginess. He who is stingy with

suffices for the one who is stingy with his soul. The eye of the sick
man longs for food (ሢራ፲፩: ፲፰። See ደንጸወን (dänṣäwän).

extinguish; supreme; one who twists.
ጠዋዒ/ Täwaʿi: (ዒት ዕያን ያት) One who is stingy; a

for a stingy man. Evil is the eye of
the stingy (ሢራ፲፬: ፫: ፰).

bad. A crooked arrow. A strong and crooked
tree. Those who pervert the
faith. The path of the
crooked.
ዕብ ጣዋህ) Active and
causative. To twist, to spin; to bend, to curve; to fold, to bend over; to
wrap, to entangle. They pervert
righteousness with their iniquity. I will bend their

be perverse. You bend the horns of the wild ox. And with the crooked you act
crookedly. I will send to him crooked ones and
they will pervert him (መጽ: ምስ። But some books say አጥወየ (ʾäṭwäyä) and ተጠውየ (tätäwyä) instead of ጠወየ (ṭäwäyä) it is a mistake. God has made him crooked. He who perverts the path. The whirlwind of the western wind perverts the spirit.

It is also said of
